• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at eveloveconnections@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.  
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.  
• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at eveloveconnections@gmail.com
• Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
